How to make stir-fried dried beans with leeks

1. Wash and drain the leeks.

2. Set aside dried tofu.

3. Cut off the white part of the leek and the leaves.

4. Cut the dried beans into shreds, put them in a pot with boiling water, blanch them and remove the moisture.

5.Dry chili pepper and cut ginger into shreds and set aside.
