How to make radish balls

1.Peel and grate the radish.Gently squeeze out some of the water with your hands and put it in a larger container.

3.Join A little salt, chicken essence, white pepper and dried shrimps.

4.Add eggs (minced ginger and chopped green onion) and mix well.

5.Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, preferably more oil.Then squeeze the radish balls with your hands.Put in oil pan and fry over medium heat until brown.

6.Be careful every time you put the radish balls into the oil pan so as not to get burned..

Remarks: I did not add minced ginger and chopped green onion to the radish balls I made today because my family cannot eat these foods recently.
