How to make taro chicken
1. Remove the internal organs from the purchased chicken, clean it, and chop it into small pieces for later use.

2.Put water in a wok and blanch the chicken.

3. Boil the water and use a slotted spoon to remove it and place it in a bowl for later use.

4. Prepare the seasoning.It is best not to cut the garlic into individual pieces.

5. Heat oil in a wok until it is 5 layers hot, add bean paste, pepper, ginger, Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the hot pot ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the chicken, stir-fry with soy sauce and vinegar until fragrant.

7. After frying, add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the pot.The water must cover the chicken.Tie the green onions into knots and add them to the pot to cook together with the chicken.Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

8.Wash the taro in the next time.I buy taro skins and shave them myself, and some have good skins.Cut the taro into hob cubes.

9. When it is almost time to roast the chicken, put the taro into the pot and add an appropriate amount.Add salt and cover the pot with a lid and cook until the taro is cooked.(About 15 minutes) Use a spatula to gently push the taro in the middle so that the taro can be heated and cooked better.

Tips
