How to stir-fry lettuce

1. Wash and cut lettuce into sections

2. Shred onion, ginger and garlic

3. Heat the oil in the pan Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Pour in the lettuce and stir-fry

5.Stir fry until soft

6.Put in appropriate amount of salt and MSG
Tips
It takes at most one minute from the time the vegetables are put into the pot to the time they are taken out of the pot.The tender ones taste better but they become bitter when they are old.
