Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( 1 root ) | Carrot ( 50g ) |
Cucumber ( 80 grams ) | Oyster sauce ( 30g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Sugar ( 5g ) |
Minced green onion ( 10g ) | Grated ginger ( 10 grams ) |
Edible oil ( 40g ) |
How to make King Oyster Mushroom

1.Prepare the ingredients, wash and slice the carrots, cucumbers, and king oyster mushrooms, mince the onion and ginger, and prepare the seasonings

2.Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the pieces of king oyster mushroom in hot oil and remove them raw

3.Saute the carrot slices in base oil and remove them raw

4.Then add a little bit of cooking oil and stir-fry minced chives and ginger

5.Add raw carrots and Pleurotus eryngii
