How to stir-fry shrimps with winter melon
1.Wash and peel the winter melon first, then cut it into small pieces along the edges
2.Soak the shrimps in a bowl for ten minutes, drain the water and set aside

3.Add appropriate cooking oil to the pot and fry the shrimps over medium heat for 4 minutes

4.Pour the cut winter melon into the pot, add salt, and stir-fry over high heat for 8-10 minutes (because the winter melon itself has no moisture, add half a bowl of water during the frying process)
