How to fry eel with onions

1.First process and cut the eel into sections

2.Cut onions and green and red peppers into cubes and set aside
3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry onions and green and red peppers until they are seven ripe, add shredded eel

4.Add the above seasonings and top with a little cornstarch

5. Remove from pot and serve
