How to make crispy tofu

1.Prepare 1 piece of tofu

2.Cut the tofu into chunks of comparable size and thickness

3.Beat eggs

4.Corn starch

5. Dip the tofu cubes first Starch

6. Then dip it in egg liquid

7. Heat oil in a pan.When 60% hot, fry the tofu slice by slice.

8. Fry one side until golden brown, flip and fry the other side.

9. Fry both sides until golden brown.

10. Prepare mince the green and red peppers, mince the garlic and mince the coriander.

11. Add minced green and red pepper, minced garlic, minced coriander, salt, seafood soy sauce, Vinegar, sesame oil, cooking wine, chicken powder, sugar to make the sauce, and crispy tofu for dipping.

12. The tofu with crispy skin is delicious when dipped in the sauce.
Tips
Tofu must be fried and dipped in starch.Otherwise, if the dipping time is too long, the starch will absorb water and agglomerate, resulting in uneven color of the fried tofu.
