How to steam mandarin fish

1.Picture of finished product.

2.Remove the scales of the mandarin fish, rinse the gills and internal organs.

3. Make a few cuts on each side of the fish body.

4. Sprinkle salt on the fish body, massage with cooking wine for two minutes, add onions and ginger and marinate for 30 minute.

5. Chop green onions, ginger and chili shreds and set aside.
