Pork belly ( a big piece ) | Onions ( 1 root ) |

How to make braised pork
1.Wash the purchased pork belly and remove the water
2.Onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves are ready for later use

3.Wash the drained pork belly and cut it into pieces and set aside

4.Put in oil and stir-fry the excess Fry in oil
