Orange How to make pork ribs

1. Wash the ribs and set aside.Squeeze the juice from the oranges and set aside.Cut an appropriate amount of orange peel into thin strips and soak them in water for decoration.

2. Put the ribs in the basin, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, and three Spoon orange juice and three tablespoons of dry starch, then cut the ginger into shreds, mix well and marinate for thirty minutes.

3. Prepare the sauce: Take a clean small bowl, add an appropriate amount of orange juice, and add Mix a spoonful of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and an appropriate amount of water starch and set aside.

4. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70 to 80% hot, and add the marinated ribs.Fry over medium-low heat.

5. Fry until the surface is crispy red and remove to control oil.

6.Put the fried ribs on the plate, then put it into the pressure cooker and press the meat key.(My meat is fifteen minutes)

7. Take out the pressed ribs and set aside.

8. Cut the lemon into half-moon slices and place them on the plate.

9.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the ribs and sauce, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.Just juice.

10. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with chopped orange shreds.
Tips
Because I was afraid that the ribs would not be cooked enough, I put it in the pressure cooker and pressed it again to ensure that the ribs were crispy.
