How to stir-fry meat with onions and carrots

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut onions into cubes, carrots into strips, green peppers into slices, top meat slices and add light soy sauce , dark soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green peppers and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

4.You can add an appropriate amount of water to make the onions and carrots cook faster.

5. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry evenly.

6.Add oyster sauce and appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan.
