Ingredients
Oysters ( 1.5kg ) | Lemons ( 1 piece span> ) |
Salt ( 5 grams ) | Oil ( 40ml ) |
Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 15g ) |
Garlic ( 6 pieces ) | Millet pepper ( 3 pieces ) |
How to steam oysters with garlic

1. Lemon slices for later use

2.Punch the garlic into garlic and cut the millet and pepper into small pieces for later use
3.Pry open the fresh oysters one by one
4.Place the cleaned oysters on a plate and set aside

5. Lift the pot Heat oil, add minced garlic and millet pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, then add light soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce and stir evenly

6.Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the plated oysters, then add the fried minced garlic to each oyster

7. Place lemon slices on the oysters with minced garlic, cover the pot and start steaming for about 12 minutes
