How to cook prawns in dry pot

2. Cut green and red peppers into oblique sections.

3. Cut celery and coriander into sections.

Tips
The oil temperature for fried shrimp is 6,7 Just make it hot.Pay attention to the color of the shrimp and don't make the shrimp too old.
Because the hot pot base and light soy sauce are added, it already has enough saltiness, so there is no need to add any more salt.
The next step of stir-frying and taking out the pan should be faster, otherwise it will be easy to burn.
