How to make fried meat slices with snow peas

1.Pick off the stems of snow peas and wash them, wash the red peppers

Tips
When blanching the snow peas, add some salt and two drops of oil.The blanched vegetables will not change color, and the color will be crisper and greener.The snow peas are already cooked when blanching, so there is no need for frying.It took too long to stir-fry, just add some saltiness
