How to make homemade Mapo Tofu

1. Cut the water tofu into cubes and set aside

2. Wash the required ingredients, chop the pork belly into meat sauce, chop the onions, ginger and garlic, and dice the red and green peppers and set aside

3.Put some water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then cook the tofu for 2 minutes and take it out

4. Remove the tofu, drain and put on a plate and set aside

5. Heat oil in the pot, pour minced meat and stir-fry, add 5 grams of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until 7 minutes cooked and serve out

6.Put the minced meat into a container and set aside

7.Heat oil in the pot again, add peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.Pour in onion, ginger, garlic, red and green pepper and sauté until fragrant.Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and chicken powder and stir-fry p>

8.Pour the tofu under water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium to low heat for 3 minutes

9.Add the fried minced meat, sprinkle with green onions, and pour water starch along the edge of the pot to thicken it.Serve immediately on a plate.

10. Sprinkle chopped coriander in the bowl and garnish
