How to make Pan-fried Longli Fish

1.Wash and cut the Longli fish into pieces and put them in a container.

2. Cut onion and ginger into shreds and add to fish.

3.Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt and chicken essence.

4. Mix evenly with your hands and marinate for at least half an hour.

5. Remove the onion and ginger shreds from the marinated Longli fish.

6. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add the longli fish and fry on both sides.

Tips
I usually marinate the fish the night before and fry it the next morning, which is very convenient.Light soy sauce is used when marinating Longli fish, so when adding salt, be careful not to overdo it.
