How to make fried beef with double pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into diagonal sections, slice the garlic and shred the ginger.

3. Slice the beef against the grain.

4.Put the beef into a bowl, pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and add oyster sauce , egg white, stir evenly.

5.Add half a spoonful of cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

6.Put an appropriate amount of oil (you can put more) in the pot and heat it up.Slide the marinated beef into the pan until medium done.

7. Pick up the beef and set aside.

8. Leave the base oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and garlic to bring out the fragrance.

9.Add green and red pepper and stir-fry.

Tips
