Ingredients
Lobster ( 三金 ) | Beer ( A bottle ) |
Green onions ( One piece ) | Cinnamon ( Two pieces ) |
Lobster Seasoning ( One Pack ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Ginger ( piece ) | Garlic ( Ten pieces ) |
Light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
Thirteen incense ( appropriate amount ) | Xiaomi spicy ( five ) |
How to make spicy crayfish

1.Wash the ingredients, cut them and set aside

2. Remove the heads from the lobster and wash them

3.Pour oil into the pot! Add more lobster to make it more oily! Heat the oil to 70% heat, add cinnamon and three to five green onions over low heat and sauté until fragrant!

4. Stir fry for two minutes and add the crayfish! Stir-fry over high heat

5.Fry until it turns bright red! Stir-fry for about five minutes and add scallions, ginger, garlic and chili!

6.Add half of the seasoning and stir-fry! Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices of light soy sauce (add lobster seasoning according to your own taste, I personally like to only add half)

7. Stir-fry for three minutes, add beer, and reduce the juice over high heat

8.High heat and it will be ready in ten to fifteen minutes! I didn’t have cilantro to garnish so I had to add some green onions!
