How to make grilled shrimp with garlic paste

1.Put the shrimp Wash and pick out the shrimps one by one and set aside.

2. Cut the shrimps, pour cooking wine and fish sauce, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator Marinate for 1-3 hours.

3.Put the garlic into a blender and stir it into diced garlic or puree.

4. Add olive oil, black pepper, salt and pepper, and a little salt and stir evenly.

5. Place the shrimps one by one on the grill wrapped in tin foil, and coat the shrimp heads with a little Olive oil

6. Place the diced garlic on the shrimp and dip it in some olive oil.Cover with tin foil.Put it in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes at upper and lower heat, 150-180℃.

7. Take out the upper layer of tin foil and bake at 140-160℃ for 7-8 minutes , lower the heat and bake for 7-8 minutes.Finally, heat up and down for 5 minutes.
