How to stir-fry black pork with pumpkin flowers

1. Whole pumpkin peduncles and cut into sections.

2. Add a little soy sauce to the black pork to make it fresh.

3. Stir-fry the black pork for two minutes and set aside.

4. Saute minced garlic and star anise under pumpkin flowers for a few minutes, add stock and stir-fry.

5. Pour in the pork, chicken essence and oil and cook.
Tips
Pumpkin stems must be cleaned, otherwise the stems will become old.Do not fry the pumpkin flowers for too long.
