Pork belly ( half a catty ) | Green peppers ( Six strips ) |
| Tofu ( Two pieces ) | Cilantro ( A little ) |

Corn starch plus water ( appropriate amount ) | Soy sauce ( a little ) |
Oyster sauce ( a little ) | tempeh ( a little ) |

How to make green pepper, tofu and pork belly

1.Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.Add a little oil and fry in a pan until 70% dry.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides.

3. Put the tofu in a pot, add tempeh and garlic and saute until fragrant

4.Add pork belly and tofu and stir-fry

5.Add sliced green peppers and cover for half a minute.

6. Add the adjusted corn starch and cover for half a minute.

7.Add appropriate amount of salt and coriander and stir-fry

8.A simple vegetarian and meat dish is ready.
