Baby cabbage ( 1 piece ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Onions ( 3 roots ) | Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make garlic baby cabbage

1. Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture.

2. Cut off the heads of the baby cabbage and peel it into slices.Soak in salt water for twenty minutes, rinse and drain.

3. Cut off the mustard stem at the end of the baby cabbage and slice it diagonally.

4.Pick off the top and bottom yellow leaves of the green onion.Wash and chop green onions.

5. Flatten the garlic with a knife and peel off the shell.Cut off the heads and tails and chop into small pieces.(If you like strong garlic flavor, you can chop it into pieces)

6. Heat the pot and add appropriate amount of peanut oil.When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.
