Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potato (One (300 grams)) | Green pepper (Two ) |
Chopped pepper sauce ( One tablespoon ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken Essence ( A little ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |

1.Peel and slice potatoes, rinse with water, drain and set aside.Slice green peppers
