2.Cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside, and cut the dry red pepper into sections

3.Pick the garlic sprouts, wash them and cut them into sections, blanch them in water and set aside (add the garlic sprouts after the water boils, and wait until the water is slightly boiled.Remove)

4. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot and wait until the oil temperature is 5 or 60% hot Now add the shredded pork and stir-fry, add 2-3 drops of vinegar (can make the meat more tender), after the shredded pork changes color, add onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper segments and stir-fry evenly

5. After the green onion and ginger are fragrant, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for color

6.After the shredded meat is colored, add garlic sprouts and stir-fry well.Add a little water and an appropriate amount of salt. When the soup thickens, add a little chicken essence and take it out of the pot (you can also leave it out)

Tips
1⃣️Blanching garlic sprouts can remove the spicy taste , but just take it out after the water boils.2⃣️Add a few drops of vinegar when frying the shredded pork to make the meat fresh and tender.3⃣️A little salt has been added when marinating the meat, so be sure to add less salt when cooking later to avoid being too salty
