How to make healthy fried dough sticks

1. Pour flour, beaten eggs, salt, and yeast into a basin, add milk and knead until soft.Add milk in batches, little by little.Knead it in and leave it in a warm place to ferment.(The kneaded dough will be very sticky, just apply a little oil on it to form a ball)

2. Let the dough rise until it doubles its original volume.

3. Brush oil on the chopping board, place the fermented dough on the chopping board and arrange it into a thickness of 1 cm of long strips.(Also apply oil on your hands)

4. Grease the knife and cut into pieces about 3 cm wide of long strips.

5. Stack the two together and press them in the middle with chopsticks to make a dough stick embryo.

6.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 70% to 80% over medium heat.(You can first put a small flour paste to test the oil temperature. If it floats quickly in the oil, it will be fine.)

7.Pinch the two ends of the fried dough sticks and gently pull them into the oil pan.

8. Fry until one side is golden brown, then flip and fry the other side.

9. Remove both sides from golden brown, drain and serve on a plate.
Tips
I usually make the dough at night for breakfast the next day.The noodles must be soft, too hard will affect the taste.Don't make the fire too strong, as it will fry easily.
