How to make sliced mushroom meat

1. Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices, marinate with corn starch, salt and soy sauce for half an hour.

2. Remove the roots of fresh mushrooms and cut into slices.

3.Remove seeds from red pepper, wash and cut chives into sections, peel and shred ginger, and garlic slice.

4. Rinse the pot, heat it up, pour in the meat slices and stir-fry.

5. Add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Tips
Shiitake mushrooms can also be soaked in water.I was in a hurry so I bought fresh mushrooms.The thinner the slices, the better.After marinating in corn starch, they will be chewier.
