Recipe of Braised Beef Brisket with Braised Radish

1. Prepare beef brisket and radish, cut into small pieces and set aside, appropriate amount of onion and garlic, one star anise, and a small piece of cinnamon , two bay leaves, appropriate amount of dried chili.

2. First blanch the beef brisket for three minutes and run it under cold water to remove the foam.
