How to stir-fry pork liver with garlic sprouts

1.Wash the pork liver and cut it into 0.3cm slices and put it into a bowl
2.Add salt, cooking wine and cornstarch to the pork liver in sequence and mix well

3.Add ten grams of vegetable oil and mix well to prevent adhesion, then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate

4.Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into three-centimeter-long sections, chop the onions and set aside

5.In China, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat it to 60% heat (150-180 degrees Celsius)
