Ingredients
Edamame ( a little ) | Corn starch ( Appropriate amount ) |
Chicken juice ( 1/2 spoons ) | Round eggplant ( Half ) |
Oyster sauce ( a generous spoon ) | Salt ( a little ) |
| Garlic ( 8 cloves ) | Edible oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
White sugar ( A small spoon ) | Small red pepper ( 2 (optional) ) |
Light soy sauce ( A large spoon ) |
How to cook eggplant with edamame

1. Wash and cut half of the eggplant into cubes

2. Chopped green onion, minced garlic, small red pepper, and peeled edamame are ready

3. Evenly wrap the eggplant with corn starch

4.Blank the edamame, add a bowl of juice (oyster sauce, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, chicken juice, a spoonful of water and 1/4 spoonful of starch)

5.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil 70%, add the eggplants and fry them

6.Fry until lightly browned and remove to control oil

7.Leave a little oil in the pot, sauté chopped green onions, small red peppers and half of the minced garlic

8.Add edamame and eggplant and stir-fry for a few times

9.Pour the juice into the bowl and the remaining of minced garlic, stir-fry evenly and serve
