How to make fried tofu with green onions

1. Cut the northern tofu into 3 cm square and 1 cm thick pieces

2. After the wok is heated, add a little cooking oil and some salt.Add tofu piece by piece and fry over low heat until brown.

3.Turn over and continue frying

4. After both sides are browned, place on a plate and set aside.After the wok is heated, add a little oil, add chopped green onion (not green onion segments), add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a little water.

5. Add the fried tofu and simmer over low heat.Add a little salt, sugar and dark soy sauce to adjust the color.

6. After stewing for 5 minutes, add water starch.

7.Add in the chopped green onions and remove from the pot after 30 seconds.
