Ingredients
Kelp ( appropriate amount ) | Red pepper ( half ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) |
MSG ( a little ) | Garlic ( 4 cloves ) |
Onions ( 2 Root ) | Sesame oil ( Half tablespoon ) |
How to make spicy fried kelp shreds

1.Soak kelp in advance (you can buy ready-made soaked), wash, red pepper, Wash garlic and onions.

2.Shred kelp, shred red pepper, slice garlic, and chop green onion.

3.Put the shredded kelp into a pot and blanch it for 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Remove the stem.

5.Put garlic slices and red pepper shreds into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

6.Pour in shredded kelp and stir well.

7.Add sugar and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

8.Add salt and MSG and stir well.

9.Place on a plate, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve immediately.
Tips
You don’t need to cut the kelp shreds too long.If you like it spicier, you can use millet pepper instead of red pepper, which will make it more appetizing.(MSG can be added according to personal taste).
