How to make pork and king oyster mushrooms

1. Slice the pork and set aside.

2. Mince green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Cut the king oyster mushrooms diagonally into cubes and then into slices.

4. Cut the carrots diagonally into cubes and then into slices.

5. Boil the water in the pot, add the king oyster mushrooms and blanch them for 5 minutes.

6. Remove from cold water.

7. Heat the oil in the pot and add the meat slices.

8. Stir-fry the meat slices until they are tender, add the onion, ginger and garlic.Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce evenly.

9. Add king oyster mushrooms.Stir well.

10.Put in the carrots.(Because the king oyster mushrooms have been blanched, you can add the carrots after stir-frying.)

11.Add salt, 13 incense, and chicken essence.Continue to stir-fry for 30 seconds.Turn off the heat, add MSG and stir-fry.

Tips
