Ingredients
Eggplant ( 500g ) | Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Dark soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Dried red chili pepper ( 3 pcs ) |

How to make eggplant with sauce

1. Below are the ingredients to be used.

2. Cut the eggplant thinly into whatever shape you like.

3.Cut green onions.Cut ginger into foam.Cut the garlic in half and shred the pepper.

4. Heat oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add eggplant , add some water.Don’t dry the pot.

5.Put some soybean paste to enhance the flavor.(The child was naughty and tore off the label.) Then add some soy sauce to enhance the color.
