How to make Mapo Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 centimeters, boil it in boiling water until half boiled.You can pour some cooking wine to remove the beany smell, and put it in a bowl of clean water for later use.

2. The minced meat can be minced with processed cooked meat, which will taste better.

Tips
