How to make classic braised pork

1.Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

2. Put the cut pork belly into the pot, boil for five minutes, remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the auxiliary ingredients: ginger slices, garlic slices, star anise, bay leaves, dried chili, Cinnamon (optional).
