Foreleg meat (appropriate amount) | Colored peppers ( 3/4 each ) |
Salt ( A little ) | Light soy sauce ( A little ) |

How to stir-fry meat with colored pepper

1.Wash the peppers and cut them into strips

2.Wash and cut the pork into pieces

3.Heat oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry until it changes color

4.Pour in the colored peppers , stir-fry over medium heat for four to five minutes

5.Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

6.Turn off the heat, add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving
