How to stir-fry minced meat with garlic moss

1. Chop the garlic moss, mince the lean meat and garlic

2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

3.Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color, add cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

4.Add garlic and stir-fry until raw

5.Add salt and stir-fry chicken essence

6.Last addition Thicken with starch and serve out of the pot
