Silky tofu (1 piece is about 400 grams ) | Edible oil ( 50g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 50g ) | Chili powder ( 2 porcelain spoons ) |
Pepper powder ( 1 porcelain spoon ) | Cumin powder ( 1 porcelain spoon ) |
Salt ( 1/3 porcelain spoon ) | Chives (appropriate amount) |
How to make spicy grilled tofu

1.Prepare the main ingredients.

2. Cut the chives into chopped green onions and set aside.

3.Put chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and salt into a bowl.

4.Use a spoon to mix evenly into seasoning powder.

5.Put the cooking oil and light soy sauce together into a bowl and mix well to form a sauce.

6. Cut the tofu into slices about 0.5 cm thick with a knife.

7. Place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

8.Pinch the tin foil along the edge of the tofu and stand it up.

9. Sprinkle the mixed seasoning powder evenly on the surface of the tofu.

10.After everything is sprinkled, turn the tofu over with your hands.

11.Sprinkle the mixed seasoning powder evenly as well.

12.Pour the mixed cooking oil and light soy sauce evenly on the tofu.

13. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

14. Take out and sprinkle with chopped green onion, continue to bake in the oven for 3 minutes.

15.Eat, be careful to burn your mouth!
Tips
1.The proportion of seasoning powder can be freely changed and adjusted according to your own taste.
2.Add more seasoning sauce to make the baked tofu moister and more delicious.
3.Place the tofu a little closer so that the sauce and seasoning powder will be absorbed by the tofu more evenly.
4.The tin foil along the edge of the tofu must be held upright with your hands, otherwise the sauce will spill out and the dried tofu will not taste good.
