Spicy fried "tuotui" shrimp Recipe

1.Sprinkle the shrimp with dry powder Fry, remember to fry again (this will make it crispier)

2. Onion cutting Wash the strips, sliced ginger, and rapeseed, add the pepper segments and set aside

3. Cut potatoes If the strips are fried, they must be fried again (if the shrimps are fried and then the potatoes are fried, the oil temperature is too high and the potatoes are black)
