Ingredients
Grass carp ( 1 ) | Bamboo shoots ( 200g ) |
Onion ( 1 piece ) | Ginger ( 5 pieces ) |
Cooking wine ( Two spoons ) | Salt, sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
White pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
One fish, two meals (Part 2)
1. Remove the meat from the grass carp and cut it into segments of about 5 cm for later use.
2. Slice the bamboo shoots and set aside.

3.Put oil into the pot, heat until 70% hot, add onion and ginger Stir-fry until fragrant, add fish segments and fish heads, stir-fry over high heat until color changes, add cooking wine.

6.Add bamboo shoots and simmer for 15 minutes.

7. Just add pepper before serving.
