Enoki mushrooms ( 120g ) | Garlic ( 30g ) |

How to steam enoki mushrooms with garlic

1. Remove the enoki mushrooms Wash the old roots and place them on a plate.Chop the garlic and set aside.

2.Put peanut oil equivalent to minced garlic in the pot.When the oil is warm, turn off the heat.

3. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.

4.Pour in a little sugar.

5.Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt.

6. Pour appropriate amount of soy sauce.

7. Stir well and the juice will be ready.

8. Pour the prepared juice evenly onto the enoki mushrooms.

9. Place the steamer in the steamer and steam over high heat for 6 to 8 minutes.

Tips
When steaming enoki mushrooms, steam them for 6-8 minutes.If you like spicy food, you can add more chili peppers.
