How to make water chestnuts and glutinous rice meatballs

1.Prepare materials, glutinous rice needs to be soaked in advance
2.Pork, water chestnuts, onions and ginger minced

3.Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper to the minced meat and mix well

4.Add water chestnuts and oil

5.Stir thoroughly

Tips
My family doesn’t like fatty meat, so the pork is leaner and can be replaced with pork belly.
