How to make braised pork ribs with taro

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2. Soak the ribs in cold water for half an hour and clean them

3. Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into slices and set aside

4.Peel and cut taro into pieces

5.Add water to the pot and put the ribs in cold water

6.After boiling, skim off the scum, remove the ribs and drain the water

10.Add hot water to cover the ribs, add star anise and bay leaves, reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes

Add more water when stewing ribs It's enough, don't add additional water halfway.Both light soy sauce and dark soy sauce have saltiness.The amount of salt should be added as appropriate
