Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Pickled mustard ( 20g ) |

How to make minced meat, pickled mustard, steamed tofu and eggs

1. Cut the tofu into pieces and soak in salt water for 10 minutes, remove and place on the bottom of the plate

2.Chop green onion and minced mustard

4.Add cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant
