| Octopus ( 500g ) | Spicy pepper and onion ( appropriate amount ) |
Doubanjiang ( appropriate amount span> ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Dried chili, sesame pepper, millet, spicy etc.(according to personal preference) |
How to fry octopus

1.Clean the octopus, blanch it in boiling water for one minute, chop the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

2.Prepare dried chili pepper

3.Onions, peppers, millet and spicy knife for later use

4.Put oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the bean paste.Stir-fry the red oil.Add dried chili and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.
