Chicken thigh ( 680g ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
hemp Chili pepper ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 1 tsp ) |
Starch ( 2 teaspoons ) | Garlic ( 15g ) |
Ginger powder ( a little ) | Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make spicy chicken

1.Wash the chicken legs
2.Cut into 1 cm cubes

3. Add five-spice powder

4.Put salt

5.Pour in light soy sauce

6.Add ginger powder

7.Put in starch

8.Pour in the cooking wine

9.Stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes

10. Slice garlic and cut dry red pepper into small sections

11.Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 60% hot , add diced chicken and fry until cooked

12. Remove and drain the oil

13.Put a little oil in the pot, add garlic slices, pepper segments, and peppercorns and saute until fragrant
