Luffa (1 piece) | Meat filling ( 100g span> ) |
Wolfberry ( 7 capsules ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | |
Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stuff loofah with meat

1.Picture of the finished product.

2. Prepare the meat filling.

3. Wash and peel the loofah, cut into small sections and scoop out the middle flesh.

4. Stuff the meat filling into the loofah.

5. Boil water in a pot, add loofah and steam over high heat for ten minutes.

6.When the time is up, take out the loofah.

7. Pour the soup into the pot, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and soy sauce and bring to a boil , pour in water starch to thicken.

8. Pour the gravy on the surface of the loofah and decorate with wolfberry.
Tips
Soak the wolfberries in water in advance.
