Raw salted duck eggs ( 12-15 pieces ) | Glutinous rice ( 200 grams ) |

Carrot ( 20g ) | (cured meat) cooking wine ( 1.5g ) |

(cured meat) sugar ( 1g ) | (mixed rice) light soy sauce ( 5g ) |
(mixed rice) dark soy sauce ( 2 grams ) | (mixed with rice) sugar ( 1.5 grams ) |

How to make glutinous rice eggs

1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for more than 3 hours, cut the pork belly into small cubes, add the marinated meat seasoning in the ingredient list, and marinate for more than 1 hour (this recipe is directly overnight).

2. Wash the peas and dice the mushrooms, carrots and bacon.

3. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and add the rice seasonings in the ingredient list and mix well.

4.Add all the garnishes.

5. Stir evenly.

6. Poke a small hole in the raw salted duck eggs with a knife, and then slowly break them into larger pieces with your hands.Pour out the egg whites and reserve the yolks.

7. Do it all in turn.

8.Pour in the mixed glutinous rice.(Punch gently with chopsticks while filling)

9.Wrap with a layer of tin foil.

10. Steam for 1 hour.

11.Open the lid and let cool slightly.

12. Let’s eat.
Tips
1.When opening the salted duck eggs, try to open the head as small as possible, so that the egg white will be cleaned more cleanly.
2.Be gentle and do not break the eggshell when operating.
