Lamb shank ( 600g ) | Green radish ( 300 grams ) |

Recipe of mutton stewed with radish

1. Cut the mutton and radish into cubes respectively.

2.Put the mutton in cold water and blanch to remove the blood foam.

3. Prepare the seasoning.

4. Remove the mutton, wash and drain.

5. Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat until it is 50% hot, add the chopped green onion and shredded ginger.fragrant.

6. Add the mutton pieces and stir-fry for two minutes.

Tips
When blanching the mutton, put it in cold water and add the salt before taking it out of the pot.Adding it first will make the meat tough and prolong the stewing time.
